Library Board Members and Meetings

The Penn Area Public Library was established to provide free public library service. It is authorized to act as the sole agent of township government to provide public library service to residents and non-residents of Penn Township. E-mail the Library Board

The Penn Area Library Board of Trustees meets on the second Tuesday of alternate months, starting in January. Meetings are held at 7:15 p.m. in the library.

The Penn Area Library Board of Trustees sets the library policies and authorizes the hiring of employees who operate the library on a daily basis. Members of the library board serve three-year terms. Officers of the board serve a term of two years. Current members include:
